Abstract :
For the excellent performance LXI is looked as a next-generation test technology. It is valuable to design a distributed measurement system with LXI instruments. N5752A is a new LXI-based instrument. It is a high accuracy and high output power. But it is difficult to use N5752A in a LXI test system only by web configures. The paper developed a program of N5752A with ActiveX control in LabView. It used the instrument in a LXI test system. The result verified the effectiveness of the program. It was proved that the program is universal for other LXI instruments.
