Abstract
A method is proposed for separating the direct echo from the reflected and double-reflected echoes in tracking radar systems. The number of samples required is in the range
, where f is the doppler difference between direct and reflected echoes and T is the PRF. The method is based on explicit formulas derived in function of the estimation samples.
