Knowledge dissemination and academic communication are changing based on the network technology. More and more schools set up the information channel through the network. Many problems exposed when the campus network station built up, such as resource sharing, application integration. In order to avoiding the problem and enhance the efficiency to meet the demand that users obtain the information, propose a new construction policy of Portal site. The policy imports the knowledge management and Semantic Web technology. It improves the using efficiency and soles the problems of resource sharing and application integration.
