Abstract
This paper focus on the strategy comparison of Sino-US B2C E-commerce Company. Amazon and Dang are selected as the B2C representative of two countries. Firstly the stock data, operation data and website data of the two companies are collected and compared by graph or table, which shows the scale of Amazon is almost 100 times more than Dang. Secondly the evaluation system are built based on AHP and Entropy method to evaluated the two company, Outcome shows Dang is not bad and some indexes are better than Amazon and final evaluated score is 40% of amazon. Thirdly BCG matrix is used to show Dang has a big question and it must be get more market share and Amazon is very good business as a star business. Fourthly, sales of Taobao ranks first in E-marketplace in China and surpassed the Amazon in 2010.
