Abstract :
There is increasing interest in displaying stereo images and videos on mobile phones to support stereo content services. This paper proposes one pixel arrangement method on multi-view optical-plate stereo mobile phones, composed of video source obtaining, resolution adaption, horizontal and vertical ratio balancing and non-integer resolution processing. A series of experiments have been conducted on the resolution adaption, as well as horizontal and vertical ratio balancing. By analyzing the experimental results, we come to the conclusion that the pixel arrangement method on multi-view optical-plate stereo mobile phone is a practical stereoscopic image and video display algorithm. With horizontal and vertical ratio balancing and resolution adaption, the method makes high-quality display of stereo images and videos on various optical-plate stereo mobile phones feasible, and provides a good stereo vision.
