Abstract
We present the results of experimental research and developments the magnetic sensor with a frequency output, constructed on effect of a helical instability of electron-hole plasma in silicon. The sensor execute direct conversion of a flux density to frequency of high-frequency generation and may be used in the computer informational-measuring system
