Abstract :
Industrial ecosystem is one of the basic ways for industry to realizing circular economy. Industrial ecosystem is a complex artificial system which is composed of many enterprises in accordance with a certain amount of material and energy coupling. Its characteristics and complexity determine that the good running of industrial ecosystem requires not only good planning and integration, but also effective management and control. According to the optimal control theory, systems thinking and the methods of systems engineering, this paper sets up an optimal control model for industrial ecosystem which goals are to improving the efficiency of resources use, reducing the emission of pollutants, and protecting the ecological environment. This paper uses the case of the industrial ecosystem of Jinjie Eco-industrial Park to simulate it. And the simulate results proves that the model is feasibility and operability.
