Abstract :
The paper addresses the modelling and design issues of a stripline lumped element circulator (LEC). The concept of local coupling and a novel LEC equivalent circuit are proposed. The features of non-uniform strip conductor topologies which allow somewhat independent alteration of inductive and capacitive couplings, are discussed.
