Abstract :
The bidding system is the main form of transaction in construction market. It is the route that must be taken when construction enterprises undertake business projects. In order to win in the intense market competition, construction enterprises must analyze the influential bidding decision factors before bidding for the project, use proper bidding strategy and method, and then make a comprehensive analysis assessment, and ultimately determine a reasonable bid opportunity. Most of these factors are fuzzy variables. It is difficult to find the accurate mathematical formula to measure their impact on bidding quotation. Because the factors of evaluation have fuzzy character, thus the evaluation process and the evaluation result are fuzzy. Fuzzy mathematics provides mathematical language and quantitative methods for quantity fuzzy problems, powerful tools for bid decision-making provide. This paper proposes a method to quantify the relationships of objects, factors in bidding construction projects based on fuzzy theory and the analysis of the representative factors in bidding opportunity decision. This model is of universal significance in application.
