  • Abstract
In recent years, China´s dairy industry developed rapidly, the residents´ dairy consumption is increasing year by year, however, the growth rate of raw milk production has lagged behind the growth rate of dairy processing enterprises´ demand, which mainly due to the lower developing stage of raw milk production. The backward dairy farming mode, the large proportion of scattered farming and inefficiency of raw milk production have become the key to quality and safety of China´s dairy, and also restrict the dairy´s development. This thesis reclassifies the mode of raw milk production based on interests´ relation between different stakeholders and explores the rules and characteristics through the own developing conditions and external drives, then analyzes the future evolutionary path of raw milk production mode. The analysis in this paper hopes to guide the development of China´s raw milk production mode.
