Abstract :
In the presence of sea-surface multipath, it is difficult to estimate the direction--of--arrival (DOA) of target for the low-angle tracking problem due to the interference between the direct path and the specular path. We can apply the method of array signal processing to reduce the multipath effect. In this paper, a series of measures are adopted to eliminate the correlation, so one can distinguish the real angle of elevation from the specular, and promote the accuracy and performance of angle measuring, by using MUSIC algorithm. Stimulation results are provided to verify the feasibility of the methods in this paper.
