Abstract :
In recent years, with the rise of green economy, the international society has been paying more attention to the environmental protection and customer equity increasingly, which has a significant impact on the business community. In an age of green economy, the traditional human capital has to transform into the green human capital in order to give the competitive advantage to the enterprises. Green human capital, social responsibility and customer equity are the driving forces of high-tech enterprises sustainable development. On the basis of literature review, this research proposes hypothetic model of the relationship among green human capital, social responsibility and customer equity, and then validates this model by way of the multilevel behavioral questionnaires inventory. The results of empirical research show that green human capital and social responsibility of high-tech enterprises have a significant positive effect on customer equity, and social responsibility also has a significant positive effect on green human capital.
