Abstract :
Power grid construction is based on the county distribution grid planning. Scientific and reasonable planning is useful for the safe and economical running of county distribution grids. According to the demand analysis to the actual grids, a planning and reconstructing software of the county power grids is developed based on GIS (Geography Information System), where power information and geographic information of the grids are integrated. The general structure of the software is described in this paper. The GIS technology used in the software is instructed in detail. The important function modules and solutions are discussed. Finally, a real planning example is shown for the development requirement of one county power grid in Hebei Province. The actual trial shows that the software can be used to provide scientific, reasonable and efficient planning scheme of the county distribution grids, which is significant to construct intelligent, safe and economical power systems.
