Abstract :
We proposed a spectrally-efficient, high-capacity, polarization-interleaved (PI) OWDM PON architecture. The transmission performance of a 3-channel 25GHz-PI-OWDM system is theoretically analyzed and experimentally demonstrated over 15-km SMF-28 access-network architecture.
