Abstract :
Although the implement of anti-dumping measures protects domestic suffered industries; however, it also harm the profits of downstream industries and consumers. In order to solve the problem of how to weigh the profits and damages of anti-dumping measures, this article is to conduct accurate calculation of the impact on domestic economy from the anti-dumping duty. Through horizontal and vertical analysis, the article adopts input-output tables in the years of 1997 and 2007 to calculate price effect of anti-dumping duty of first, secondary and tertiary industries as well as compares the price fluctuation after the taxation of departments among industries. Based on the quantization of influence on industries by anti-dumping protection, the article provides theoretical basis and empirical support to make anti-dumping trade policy.
