Abstract
The main factors that influence the development of green food industry are resource, demands, policy and strategy, the factors play different part in different regions and on different stages, thus the competitiveness varies greatly, the dynamic regional competitiveness arises from it, the clustering analysis method is applied to analyze the reasons why the regional competitiveness changed, and find out that the change of development strategy orientation is the main cause, in the meantime, it is recommended that the development strategy should be adjusted and more support given to the policy, especially by means of technological innovation and development of new product, the innovation of market is the key to the enhancement of competitiveness, which bring about the enhancement of competitiveness of the whole industry.
