An analysis on the coordination development mechanism of the industrial structure and the employment structure in Hebei Province

This paper makes the empirical analysis of the developing trend, three decades of industrial structure and employment structure of Hebei Province. It expounds the cause of in coordination between interactive development of industrial structure and employment structure of Hebei Province, from the employment elastic coefficient, structure departure degree, relative labor productivity and so on. The coordination development mechanism and its way of industrial structure and employment structure was put forward, in the macroeconomic environment of transformation form and adjust structure during the 12th Five-Year Plan period in China.
