Abstract :
How to ensure the middle of micro-aperture is a familiar problem of industry production. A new type of auto-detecting system based on reflection photo-electricity transducer theory is introduced. To use optical circuit to get reflect light. When the intensity of reflect light is lower than a setting value, and the MCU deciphering the related calculation is right, the position is ensured to be the basic location of the micro-aperture. It is proved that the system can meet the requirements.
