Abstract :
The Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone construction officially became a national development strategy, how to fast and robust to advance this area development in Shandong province has become the most important task for the government. In the analysis of the impact of economic growth on the basis of three big factors, using Cobb - Douglas production function model, using the panel data of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone City labor, investment, foreign trade and economic growth relation. Analysis results indicate: foreign trade to promote Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone is the important factor of economic growth, but investment of capital, labor input to the blue Shandong Peninsula Economic Zone to promote economic growth is not obvious.
