Abstract :
One of the core goals of strategy of complex major scientific projects is promoting coupling innovation of different tacit knowledge. In order to effectively realize coupling innovation of different tacit knowledge, we firstly applied Knowledge management theory to define the scientific content of coupling of tacit knowledge in complex major scientific projects and analyze necessity of coupling of tacit knowledge. Then, based on differential dynamics, we built coupling model of tacit knowledge in complex major scientific projects, analyzed the progressive nature of analytical solution of the model. Finally, based on the analysis of model, we proposed that the coupling innovation of different tacit knowledge in complex major scientific projects could be accelerated by improving the knowledge management system, establishing assessment and incentive mechanism of coupling innovation of tacit knowledge and creating coupling innovation environment of tacit knowledge.
