Abstract :
Temperature control of oven is an important topic in pharmaceutical process of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The traditional system with an analytic model does not have good control accuracy. Large lag and strong non-linear coupling among the control variables makes the traditional control much more difficult. In this paper, a remote intelligent monitoring system based on fuzzy control is designed with the following functions: Real-time environmental parameters (temperature and humidity) acquisition, remote intelligent control, historical data analysis and so on. The fuzzy control considers the effect of humidity on the temperature. In addition, the ZigBee wireless networks and Internet are adopted as data transmission method in the system. The practical results show that the system achieved a good control effect. An "Internet of things" is preliminarily constructed.
