  • Abstract
    This paper mainly studies evaluation of knowledge sharing effectiveness in virtual scientific research team. At first it establishes index system of evaluation for knowledge sharing effectiveness in virtual scientific research team, which includes openness, incentive mechanism, member communication initiative, member mutual trust, means of communication, cognitive factor, and personal attitude. A comprehensive evaluation approach is provided utilizing the LWD operator and LOWA operator, which is based on linguistic assessment information. At last combining numerical example this paper illustrates feasibility of LWD operator and LOWA operator in the evaluation process of knowledge sharing effectiveness in virtual scientific research team.
