Abstract
The folk culture industry is one of the largest industries in the 21st century, but the development of them is not good enough at present in China. Aiming at the current weakness of folk culture industry, a research on the design and development strategy of it is made in this paper. It is also put forward, that behaviour culture is of great value for the folk culture industry. As its dynamic & experiential characteristics, as well as the time characteristics of holidays of folk culture industry, if behaviour culture can be fully exploited and integrated into its folk culture industry, not only could consumers feel more real charm of folk culture, but also the festive holiday mood could be rendered as possible as it could be, which would make consumers more enthusiastic and active, giving great help to promote the folk culture industry.
