  • Abstract
    Leading innovation mainly in Accurately grasp the opportunity, Use and create a variety of conditions, Overcome various difficulties, Unconventional, Creative problem-solving skills, Work obstacles, flexible strategic shift, Ability to open up a new situation, Dare to conform to the historical need, Reform the traditional, Maverick, Boldly try, Boldly break through creativity. As an important part of leadership, it has extremely obvious value of the times, training and enhancing the leading innovative means a higher pursuit of self-realization for leaders, the call of the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the basic of improving the happiness index, and extraordinary thinking of leading innovation is the “trick” for success. Leading innovation is the premise to improve efficiency and effectiveness. There are five ways to enhance the leading innovation, first, being good at service, second, emphasizing practice, third, study hard, fourth, transform the concept. in the end, the effectiveness of incentives.
