Innovation and management of intellectual property rights of the exhibition industry in the urban economic restructuring—Based on survey of the intellectual property situation of the exhibition enterprises in Shanghai

As a new format effectively disseminating of scientific and technical knowledge and information, driving the regional economy of the city Convention and Exhibition industry is rapidly developing during the Eleventh Five Year Plan in China, which results in increasing intellectual property issues. In addition to the existing flaws in intellectual property laws, regulations, norms in this regard, the defects on the exhibition industry´s own intellectual property innovation and management are also important factors. In this paper, in base of the investigation of the intellectual property situation of the exhibition enterprises in Shanghai, it puts forward specific measures focusing and promoting intellectual property innovation and protection of China´s exhibition industry.
