Abstract :
With the social competition being gradually strong, enterprise employees produce stress of different degrees, which affects their psychological and physiological health, the quality of the family life, organizational performance, and drags on economic development and economic growth of the country. In the face of increasing job stressors, this paper pointed out that the necessity of staff stressors on the basis of summing up the existing stressors´ literature, and based on the questionnaire survey method to explore factor structure model of job stressors of employees, and researched different job stressors in different personality differences, finally the insufficiency and the research trend are analyzed.
