Abstract :
The cloud model is applied to human resources evaluation methods, compared with the previous practice, it no longer stressed precise the expression of the function, it uses three digital characteristics of cloud to realize the transformation between qualitative concepts and quantitative expression. And the qualitative and quantitative mutual dependent relationships are established. The induction of cloud model that reduces the subjectivity of human judgment greatly is objective and standardized.
