Abstract :
The development of nuclear power is the general trend and popular feeling. Because of the existence of radioactivity, underwater welding has become one of the important safeguard for nuclear power station. The key technologies and the test system were developed, the test cabin system and the test environment system can simulate the test water environment well. The control system can guarantee every part of the system to work in harmony and satisfy the experimental request. The monitoring system can real-time monitor every part in the test cabin during the welding. Through simulate test in 15 meter depth, the weld quality meet the related standard requirement, this lay the foundation for the next actual repair inside the nuclear reactor.
