Abstract :
A very low dropout voltage linear regulator (VLDO) with high precision and stability is presented in this paper. With ESR compensation, internal pole-zero compensation and feed-forward compensation can be used for this proposed schematic. In addition, the VLDO loop op-amp, PMOS adjustment module and resistance feedback module are analyzed. Finally the VLDO has been implemented in CSMC 0.5um CMOS process.
