Abstract :
This research examines the incentive strategy of defense supply chain when using contracted supplier to react to emergent affairs. We model the channel member as between a supplier and a defense purchaser, and treat the demand as being linear in delivery time. We use this analysis to show that incentive is very important to delivery in time, and the purchaser must adjust the strategy when demand-time coefficient changed because of emergent affairs.
