Cooperation technological innovation is the effective ways and means to enhance the Competitiveness of Equipment manufacturers and High-tech enterprises. This article staring with the motivation of Cooperation technological innovation of Equipment manufacturers and High-tech enterprises, analyzes the process of Cooperation technological innovation of Equipment manufacturers and High-tech enterprises by the theory of Competitiveness, then summarizes the key factors affecting the Cooperation technological innovation of Equipment manufacturers and High-tech enterprises. Based on these researches, this paper makes an empirical research in the example of the Equipment manufacturers and High-tech enterprises of Liaoning province.
