Abstract

In the platform construction of one law enforcement system for urban management, the C/S architecture system based on SOAP protocol is adopted, the windows mobile system is chosen as the mobile operating platform. Three kinds of caching programs, cases caching, data caching and user interface caching, are designed for the system, and a lightweight database file is implemented, the photograph and Bluetooth printing and other system functions are integrated seamlessly. Finally, the system is implemented and the operating performance is ideal.
