After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Aiming at the characteristics of basic courses of mathematics for technology and the experiments of teaching and research, the necessity of reform in classroom teaching and examining method are discussed. Some effective methods for improving learning interest and teaching effectiveness are put forward: linking theory with practice, strengthening spirit of innovation, performing mathematical experiment and using various examination methods. By teaching of basic courses of mathematics, basic mathematical knowledge can be learned by students and reasoning thought, logic reasoning, space imaginative power, analysis ability of application and sprit of innovation are cultivated.
