  • Abstract
    The author of this paper believes that it is important to make analyses and researches on the influence factors of university administrative staff as human resource is one of the key factors that decide the future of our course and university administrative staff determine university construction and development. On the basis of realistic and social features in human beings who are easily influenced by the surrounding environments and existing society as well as the human nature of society, the author of this paper has concluded that social factors exert extensive, significant and leading influences on university administrative staff, and that social factors, such as economy and technology factors, social system factors, cultural factors and school-related factors, are of great significance to the capability display and construction of university administrative staff.
