Contractor management and performance of air-dispensed munition tests is considered. The authors examine issues associated with scoring for reliability performance assessment, explosive ordnance disposal, identification and resolution of safety issues, coordination of high-explosive cluster munition air drops with subcontractor and Government agencies, establishment of pass/fail criteria, and failure analysis techniques
