After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

On the premise of analysis on existing problems in our engineering education, and according to the demand for construction cost talents in the new economy era, this paper sets up a Training Pattern of Construction cost Talents Based on the Idea of CDIO, and gives an introduction of the teaching method and its practical effect of innovative training pattern of construction cost talents in Jiangxi University of Science and Technology (JUST).
