This article analyzes the strategies of improving college students´ employment based on the theory of Game Theory in our nation, and arrives at some effective coping strategies. Accordingly, the authors propose the specific suggestion of advancing college graduates´ employment, which could provide detailed reference for government when making policies relating with graduate employment.
