Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
A highly qualified teacher should not only possess knowledge, but also be a person with excellent morality, great ideal and ambitious pursuit. He/She should not only have a higher starting point, but also be a lifelong learner. In this paper, the author will talk about the concept and significance of teachers´ continuing education in Chinese universities, and give her own understandings. Meanwhile, the author hopes this paper can make teachers who work in universities pay more attention on their continuing education.
