Cultivation of students´ engineering practical competence is a major objective of engineering advance education, and and an essential social requirement on university graduates. Engineering practical competence of university undergraduates are formed through multi-layered cultivation, which is a systematic project composed of practical teaching, graduation paper, scientific study in open laboratories, crosswise projects. Construction of talents cultivation innovative system and enhancement of students´ practical competence is crucial to further improvement of university teaching quality, enrichment of in-depth meaning of talents cultivation and high-quality service to the society and increasing employment of university graduates.
