Abstract :
Combining the 3-D temperature field with cooling system of disc type permanent magnet synchronous motor (DPMSM), an integrated computing procedure related to the cooling system and heat of a disc type permanent magnet synchronous motor , whose purpose is to get the temperature and its distribution accurately in every part was came into being. In order to get a well distribution of temperature in each part of the motor, the optimization technology is used to adjust the structure design. It is very important to raise operation reliability of the motor.
