Abstract :
The study of early-warning for supply chain risk has become a vital area as the termination events of supply chain occur frequently, and serious sequences are resulted. In the paper, an early-warning criteria system is established, from the perspectives of supply chain process, finance, customer, learning and development, based on the balanced scoring card. Then an early-warning model for supply chain risk is constructed using BP neural networks. Animation is conducted with Matlab finally.
