The local college plays an important role in Chinese regional scientific and technological innovation. Through the indicator data and case studies of this thesis, we analysis the problems facing in local colleges in Chinese regional Scientific and technological innovation and elaborate its unique and important effect. From the aspects of thinking and understanding, policy preferences, production and research cooperation and joint Scientific and Technological research, etc., the local colleges can be an important node in Chinese regional scientific and technological innovation system.
