Abstract
This paper focuses on the application of information technology in adult education. The text describes the rapid development of technology and implication for adult education, addresses the integration of technology into adult education, such as computer-assisted instruction, computer multimedia and networking, online learning using computer mediated communication; addresses three teaching strategies in online learning; examines advantages of technology for adult education; then discusses the limitation of technology for adult education.
