    With the acceleration of globalization, higher education is facing a more intense international competition environment. Bilingual Education is well-known to be prominent in fostering a second language acquisition and enhancing the leaner´s comprehensive skills. Due to a late start, there are still some deep-seated problems to be resolved for Chinese bilingual education. Workshop teaching is an innovative pedagogy in higher education. In this research, we focus on workshop method which is widely accepted for learning and creation, explain the basic concepts and rationales in workshop teaching, and put forward some useful experiences regarding using workshop teaching experiences and evaluation techniques which have great significance and practical value both for the individuals and society.
