Current Chinese College Entrance Examination System has so many disadvantages on the individuals´ acculturating, the development of the higher education, the society mobile and on spreading the multiplex cultures. It will confront dilemma if the western Independent Entrance Examination system be introduced in China. Chinese college entrance examination system should give target on students´ development and aim at serving for the higher education. Whereas current Chinese college entrance examination system neglects to choose those students with potential professional merits by over-emphasizing the scores they get from public subjects examination. The author therefore puts forward to practicing the mode of “Separating Test in Specialized Subject”, at the same time, perfects the graduation test in senior middle school. Herein, the author proposes to test the specialty subject instead to test the public subject, by doing which it can meet students´ professional interest in great majority, as well as enable them to exert the utmost development.
