Abstract :
The 21st century is the century of creative design and the development of the cultural and creative industry has attracted great attention from all sectors of the society, so the key of developing of cultural and creative industry is to promote the generation of creative talent. From the basic concepts and connotations, this paper expatiates on the relationship of the concepts which is continuous. Through the analysis of the status of design and the cultural and creative industry, it carries out the rise of the cultural and creative industry needs a large number of outstanding creative talents and design play an important role in the development of the cultural and creative industry.
