By use of bibliometric analysis, 2383 articles published in national core journals on network economy between 1985-2009 from database: China Academic Journals Full-text Database, are studied and categorized with the help of a reference software called NoteExpress. It could be concluded from the results that: (1) Overall, the amount of published documents concerning network economy follows a “ JL ”-based during 25 years. The largest number of papers, 4129 papers and 1085 papers respectively in national journals and national core journals, was published between 2003 and 2007. (2) Altogether there were 763 research institutes. Among them, 743 research institutes published papers less than 20 papers. Among them, 62.7%, that is, 481 research institutes published only one paper respectively in the 25 years. There were 20 research institutes which published over 20 papers respectively in the 25 years. There are 15 belonging to top 20 in the list of 2009 China key University in Economics. (3) Altogether there were 2051 as first authors when all authors were counted. Among them, 89.1%, that is, 1827 authors published only one paper respectively in the 25 years. There were 14 as first authors who published papers number more than 5 during 1985 and 2009. Among them, there are Jiapei Wu, Xiaobai Sheng, Chen Xiao, contemporary Chinese famous scholar. (4) Altogether there were 425 journals when all journals were counted. According to journals types of economy, to some extent, network economy research focus on t- ade economy and industrial economy in china at present.
