After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
Bilingual teaching has been carried out for a few years in our college, especially in order to adapt to the new situation recently, the bilingual education must be highlighted. In order to promote developing and improving the work, the pros and cons of bilingual teaching were stated, combining with the authors´ experience, as case of Ecology. The purpose was to develop the advantages and eliminate the disadvantages in the process of bilingual teaching. On the other hand, the reasonable proposals were put forward.
