Abstract :
The style of the furniture represents the culture of a country or a nationality, and it also reflects a nationality´s art. Chinese dragon and phoenix are the symbol of Chinese nation. In this paper, a dragon and phoenix Decoration pattern system based on genetic algorithm is developed. The system not only saves designer´s massive precious time, but also helps the designer to observe the detail of the design more carefully and observe the practical application straightly.
