Abstract :
The chief purpose of the present study is to evaluate the training heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) engineers and technicians in China. History of Chinese HVAC professional education was analyzed. Evolution of HVAC education mode was discussed. The results show that the fast renew of technology required new technology structure of HVAC technical personnel. Considering the current speed of construction development in China, the number of professional practitioners is still far from sufficient. The distance educational network for training can offer better technical courses and advanced professional courses to both university students and non-degree professional education.
